Lost Canyon Way is a second unit basement, fully permitted and legal to code in The City of Brampton. My clients expressed their needs to want a below grade entrance at the rear that can be shared by both tenant and owner.
Torrey Pines Road is a basement finish in The City of Vaughan. The clients wanted to have multiple guest rooms and a large living space to accomadate their request of wanting large gathering areas to entertain their guests.
Kiskadee Drive is a basement finish in Etobicoke that was damaged by flooding and a sinking foundation. Repairs to the foundation wall and floor were required. Also a complete renovation to the ground floor area of the home.
